NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada is launching a National Customer Care Centre that will enable us to manage communications more effectively and improve our ability to serve you. Beginning April 9, 2007, NTN's National Customer Care Centre will perform all current customer support activities. Here's what you need to know:

1.	Starting April 9th, call 1-888-412-4122 to receive:
		Toll Free Customer Support 7:30a.m. - 8:00p.m. EST, Monday to Friday.
		Toll Free After Hours Support. Response time is normally immediate. If we are busy, our voice mail will instruct you to leave your message and phone number so that we can return your call in just a few minutes.
2.	NTN's Inside Sales Specialists will continue to service you from their existing branch locations.
3.	To access our National Customer Care Centre, please enter your customer code when prompted.
		Your customer code is an identifier for your key account information (including pricing, sales, inquiry history, preferred shipping and any other special needs).
		Entering your customer code will allow NTN's Inside Sales Specialists to access account information in a speedy manner and provide better service.
