NTN Distributor Training School
The NTN Distributor Training Program is an intensive
3 day course that will "jump start" the newer
Distributor employee and give deeper understanding to
the experienced. Classroom lectures cover generic topics
such as "bearing basics", lubrication, clearance,
fitting practice, and handling and storage. Design,
nomenclature, and typical uses of each product group
are presented in product modules format.
To supplement the lectures, class members will participate
in several hands on labs relating to bearing units,
tapered bore mounting and radial internal clearance.
Evening homework is assigned to reinforce the material
presented during the day and focuses on the use of the
catalog and problem solving.
The program ideally is suited to Distributor employees
who have a minimum of two years of experience in counter
